The document was a scan so was saved in my "Pictures" binder. I copied the certificate to "Documents" and was so able to attach to my electronic mail. Many, many thanks!

For u.s. to further isolate the outcome, please provide the following information:
- Are yous using the Windows 10 Postal service app or Outlook app?
- What is the exact mistake message you are receiving?
- What is the file size and the file extension of your attachment?
- Since when did you experience this consequence?
- Have you lot made any changes to your figurer prior to this issue?

If your using OWA become to settings, right mitt corner.
Choose options.
Now on the left hand side in the screen yous'll see attachement options and under it yous'll see;
attachement preferences, click it and change the settings to suit your personal use.
If you adhere a copty from your computer, DON'T attach it as a onedrive link. Let information technology inquire or attach as a copy.
After this you should exist fine if the file doesn't exceed te maximum upload size.
